Sales Administrative Assistant

TASK

  • Contact with Distributors
    • Register orders in our CRM system
    • Arrange deliveries with production
    • Ask for quotations from Freight companies
    • Inform customers about the status of their order
    • Keep contact with finance about invoicing and payment status
    • Help partners with any logistic or invoicing related issues to maintain smooth business relationship
  • Order processing
    • Organize transport if needed
    • Harmonize all delivery related paper work
    • Manage customs clearance if needed
    • Make sure to have everything included in the order
    • Get proof of delivery
  • Manage forecast with Key accounts
  • Manage shipments coming back from field (customs, logistics, etc)
  • Maintain Support data base for spare part delivery
  • Organize spare part delivery for accounts

EXPECTATION

  • Good command of English
  • Any other world language is an advantage
  • Min 2 years of experience in logistic/ administration
  • Good communication skills

OTHER

Self-starter, who understands the needs of customers, is results-orientated with commercial awareness, is a good communicator and precise in administration. The candidate should have good attentions to details and should enjoy working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

  • English - intermediary/communicative
