The data used by Google Analytics are

–        the protocol data which accrue via the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (Secure) (HTTP(S)) for technical reasons when the web analysis tool Google Analytics is used. These include IP address, type and version of your internet browser, operating system used, site accessed before visiting the site (referrer URL), date and time of the visit (Google Analytics-HTTP Data);

Google Analytics uses IP addresses to derive the geolocation of a visitor, and to protect the service.

The data used by Google Analytics are usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This happens anonymously.

When the above data are transmitted to Google, it acts as processor. It is located in the USA. and certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield: https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active.

An adequacy decision by the EU Commission exists for the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield: http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX:32016D1250

Your IP address will be anonymized on the web server before being sent to Google. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and anonymized there. The storage duration of other Google Analytics-HTTP Data is 14 months. For the storage duration of the Google Analytics-Cookie Data see Section “Cookies” above. The storage duration of Google Analytics Profile Data is 14 months.

The anonymized IP address provided by Google Analytics within the framework of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data provided by Google.

The legal basis of this data processing is Art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR (consent).

You can prevent the storage of cookies by a corresponding setting of your browser software; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use all the features of this website to the fullest extent possible.
