Technical Support Engineer



Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Providing technical support to partners technical service teams worldwide, and end-users located in Hungary.

  • Occasional field service/maintenance visits to end-user sites (Hungary)

  • Field installation and end-user trainings (Hungary)

  • Performing in-house repairs of analyzers in workshop

  • Making and maintaining technical documentations

  • Support at exhibitions and trade fairs

  • General administration of technical support events

  • Contributing to long-term improvement of products and service quality


Candidate Profile

  • Engineer or Technician background (mechatronics, electronics, mechanics, or similar)

  • Ability to understand and explain technical information clearly.

  • Diplomatic, patient, and customer-oriented

  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and open-minded

  • Logical, creative thinking with a problem-solving approach

  • IT skills (MS Office, other HW knowledge is an advantage)

  • Willingness to travel

  • Valid B driver's license

  • Native/fluent Hungarian is a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language 

  • Experience in technical service / field service is an advantage.
