Main tasks and responsibilities
Providing technical support to partners technical service teams worldwide, and end-users located in Hungary.
Occasional field service/maintenance visits to end-user sites (Hungary)
Field installation and end-user trainings (Hungary)
Performing in-house repairs of analyzers in workshop
Making and maintaining technical documentations
Support at exhibitions and trade fairs
General administration of technical support events
Contributing to long-term improvement of products and service quality
Candidate Profile
Engineer or Technician background (mechatronics, electronics, mechanics, or similar)
Ability to understand and explain technical information clearly.
Diplomatic, patient, and customer-oriented
Proactive, enthusiastic, and open-minded
Logical, creative thinking with a problem-solving approach
IT skills (MS Office, other HW knowledge is an advantage)
Willingness to travel
Valid B driver's license
- Native/fluent Hungarian is a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language
Experience in technical service / field service is an advantage.
